The history of the country club villas

Country Villas was created in the 1970's when the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club was in it's initial stages of development.  The community was crafted to allow a very few fortunate owners to live within Spanish style home clusters organized around expansive plaza's or motor courts orienting each units outdoor living space to the west or southwest so as to take advantage of the year round sunshine that San Diego is so fortunate to receive nearly every week of the year.
